Overview
Not the official site — a guide to how it works.
What kind of exchange WOO X Pro is
You can buy and sell more than 1,500 cryptocurrencies and trade more than 100 perpetual futures with leverage of up to 100x. On top of that, TradFi perpetual contracts on gold and stock indices, earn products, and copy trading are all attached to the same account.
The name changed once
It was originally named NovaEX and became WOO X Pro in December 2025. The official notice states that only the name changed and that balances, futures positions, security settings, trading history and referral relationships carry over as they were. The old name still remains in the Android app package name.
Korea is not a restricted region
There are 15 countries and regions where the exchange says it does not provide service, and Korea is not on that list. That said, the exchange states that the list may change without prior notice, so check the official guidance again before you sign up.
The interface comes in six languages
The official site offers six languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Simplified Chinese. A language that is not on the list cannot be chosen on screen. That is part of why this site sets the guidance out separately.
Only people aged 18 or over can sign up
The terms of service state that only people aged 18 or older can open an account. The governing law of the terms is the law of the Republic of Panama, and disputes are arbitrated in Panama City in English.
We do not give investment advice
The exchange has written in its terms that it does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice and does not recommend buying or selling any particular asset. The decisions and their consequences are yours.
Customer support every day of the year
The official contact point is support@wooxpro.com, and the announcement states that it operates 24 hours a day. The help center documents are at support.wooxpro.com.
What is attached to one account
Spot
This is a way of buying coins and simply holding them. Trading pairs are grouped by USDT, USDC, BTC, and ETH as quote currencies.
Perpetual futures
They are derivatives with no expiry. Depending on what is used as collateral, they are split into USDⓈ-M and COIN-M.
TradFi
These are perpetual contracts on gold and stock indices, traded with USDT as margin. You need neither a brokerage account nor dollars.
Copy trading
It automatically copies another trader's trades. You set the amount to invest and the loss limit first, and then start.
Earn products
You deposit coins that sit idle and receive interest. Some can be withdrawn at any time, and some run for a set term.
Open API
You receive market data and place orders with a program you write yourself. You can create up to 10 keys on one account.
Security measures the exchange has stated
The official guidance lists four. Encrypted communications, two-factor authentication (2FA), cold storage of funds, and regular security audits. Below is the side you have to take care of yourself.
- Turn on two-factor authentication first A password alone cannot protect your account. It is better to turn on 2FA before you deposit.
- There is a separate page for checking whether an address is genuine At wooxpro.com/verification the exchange provides a tool for checking whether a website, email address, phone number, or social media account is an official channel. Twelve kinds can be checked, including Telegram, X, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, WeChat, and LINE.
- There are scams impersonating listing partners The exchange works with listing partners, but it has stated officially that they are neither employees nor agents and have no authority to enter into contracts or receive money on its behalf. If someone demands a transfer while claiming to act for the exchange, it is a scam.
- Circumventing the block to connect is a way to lose your account Getting around regional restrictions with a VPN or proxy is prohibited. If you are caught, it can lead to trading suspension, deposit and withdrawal limits, and even account closure.
Going through what is written, one item at a time
- Which of the six should you open first If this is your first time, you only need to look at the spot card. It is described as buying coins and simply holding them. Perpetual futures split into USDⓈ-M and COIN-M depending on what you put up as collateral, so first decide whether to post a stablecoin or the coin itself. If you want to follow gold or an index without a brokerage account or dollars, that is TradFi; if choosing for yourself is hard, copy trading; if you have coins you will not need soon, the earn products; if you can write your own programs, the open API. That six things sit in one account does not mean you have to use all six.
- Being on spot does not mean being on futures too Dividing the two figures on the page as written: there are 1,500 coins you can buy and sell, but 100 in perpetual futures, about one in fifteen. It means a coin you saw in the spot list may not be on the futures screen. But both figures say only "more than", so this ratio itself is not an exact number.
- Do not be alarmed if you see the old name in the app It says the name changed in December 2025, but that the Android app package name still carries the old name. So seeing the old name on the app info screen does not by itself make it fake. Nor does using the old name make it genuine. What the exchange's separate lookup page can confirm is the website, email address, phone number and social accounts; it does not look up the app file itself, so use that page first to confirm that the address you are downloading from is official.
- Five things are stated to carry over unchanged Balances, futures positions, security settings, trading history, referral relationships. Those five are what the notice lists. What happens to anything not on the list is not covered in this guide. If your account dates from before the renaming, log in under the new name and check for yourself.
- Being open now and being open in future are two different things That Korea is not among the 15 restricted places is true as of the time this was written. The exchange states that this list may change without prior notice. What happens after the list changes to someone who already has an account and a balance is not covered in this guide. And getting around regional restrictions with a VPN or proxy is prohibited; it says that being caught can lead to suspension of trading, limits on deposits and withdrawals, or even closure of the account.
- If a dispute arises, where is it fought The terms state that the governing law is that of the Republic of Panama and that disputes are arbitrated in Panama City in English. As written, that means proceedings under Panamanian law rather than Korean law, and in English rather than Korean. It is worth reading this clause once before moving a large sum.
- The results of copying are the user's own too The terms state that the exchange does not provide investment, tax or legal advice and does not recommend buying or selling any particular asset. Yet the same account carries a feature that automatically copies other traders' trades. Copying is a tool, not advice. That is why the same card also tells you to set your investment amount and your loss limit before you start.
- On the first day, do it in this order First confirm on the lookup page that the address you are about to visit is official. Then turn on two-factor authentication. Deposit last. Change the order and deposit first, and by the time you notice a mistake there is nothing left to undo.
