Frequently asked questions
Not the official site — a guide to how it works.
What people ask first
Can it be used in Korea?
Korea is not on the list of 15 countries and regions where the exchange says it does not provide service. That said, the list is stated to be subject to change without prior notice as regulations change, so check the official guidance again before you sign up.
What languages does the interface come in?
The official site offers six languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Simplified Chinese. A language that is not on the list cannot be selected on screen, so you pick one of these six.
Do I have to complete identity verification (KYC)?
It is required if you want to withdraw. Withdrawals are blocked while you are not verified. If you also want to trade, it is safer to complete Level 2, which includes an ID document and face verification. Review takes up to 24 hours.
Are Korean ID documents accepted?
All three of a passport, a resident registration card and a driver's license can be used. The country and date of birth you entered at Level 1 must not differ from the ID document, and once submitted they cannot be corrected.
How much are the fees?
For regular users, the main spot pairs are 0.1000% for both maker and taker, and futures are 0.0200% maker and 0.0600% taker. If your trading volume or assets pass the thresholds, your tier rises and the rates go lower.
Is leverage really available up to 100x?
Only in the smallest tier. The allowed leverage steps down as the position grows, falling to 1x on very large positions. For reference, one place in the glossary document says 200x, but the front page and the actual announcements say 100x, so 100x is the figure to go by.
Can I enter a referral code later?
There is none. The referral relationship is set the moment the account is created and cannot be changed after that. If you mean to enter one, you have to enter it on the sign-up screen.
Where do I get the Android app?
The Google Play address given on the official site did not open when we checked. Download the APK file that the exchange also provides from the official download page. On iPhone, the App Store download works normally.
Are earn products deposits?
No. The exchange states that it does not guarantee profit and that you can lose your entire principal. There is nothing like depositor protection either.
Is this site operated by the exchange?
No. This is not the official WOO X Pro site; it is a place that sets out how to use the exchange in English and connects you to it through a referral link. Account approval, identity verification (KYC), and deposits and withdrawals are all handled by the exchange, and this site plays no part in them.
What to note before you start
- You can lose your principal Cryptocurrency prices swing widely. Futures in particular move an amount larger than the money you hold, so if the market goes the other way you can lose all of the margin you put up.
- The range of what you can use differs by country Depending on your country of residence, sign-up itself may be blocked or only some products may be open to you. Before you sign up, check the official guidance to see where your own country stands.
- Numbers and policies change Fee rates, tier requirements, interest rates and the products on offer can be changed by the exchange without notice. The numbers on this site are the values at the time they were written down, so check the actual values again on the official screens.

What these answers actually mean
- Converting the 0.1% fee into KRW Converting the spot 0.1000% listed for a regular member into KRW, an order of 1,000,000 KRW costs 1,000 KRW. Buy orders and sell orders are counted separately, so at an unchanged price a full round trip on 1,000,000 KRW costs 2,000 KRW. But this rate applies to "major" pairs, so not every instrument is the same.
- The two figures given for futures differ threefold The futures cell for a regular member has 0.0200% and 0.0600% side by side, the latter three times the former. Converted to a position of 1,000,000 KRW, that is 200 KRW and 600 KRW. What maker and taker, the two things that separate these figures, actually mean is not explained on this page, so see the "fees and levels" guide.
- 100x is a number with conditions attached This page says only that the permitted leverage changes in steps according to position size and goes down as far as 1x on very large positions. At which size it goes to how many times is not on this page. So if you work out the money you need on the assumption of 100x, that calculation may not hold.
- Different documents state different leverage This page goes as far as noting that there is a separate document stating 200x. If the leverage is halved, the margin to put into a position of the same size doubles. For a 1,000,000 KRW position, that is 5,000 KRW figured at 200x and 10,000 KRW figured at 100x. Since the money to prepare differs by that much, it is safer to work from the 100x side, as this page concluded.
- With an ID, look at the values on it rather than the type All three are accepted, so which one you submit is not the issue. The issue is the country and date of birth printed on that ID. When filling in Level 1, keep the ID open beside you and copy them exactly. Finding out later that they differ leaves no way to put it right.
- Put verification in before money Withdrawals are blocked before verification, and the review can take a day. Deposit first and leave verification for later, and for that time your money is in there but you are waiting, unable to take it out. Change the order and finish verification first and this does not happen.
- Things that asking here will not answer This site is not the exchange, so it does not know what has happened to any individual account. Why your verification did not pass, or why your withdrawal is held up, only the exchange knows. For those things you have to ask the exchange, not this guide.
- With the app file, where you got it matters Since the Google Play address does not open, on Android it becomes a matter of downloading the file directly. Without a store in between, where you got it is your safeguard. A file handed to you from search results or a chat room cannot be shown to be the same file, so open the official download screen yourself and get it there.
- How far does "not on the list" go It means the exchange has not blocked Korea. It is not an answer about how Korean law views this exchange, and this site does not know that answer either. And since the list is said to change without prior notice, being able to sign up today does not mean the same next year.
- The guide is in Korean; the order screen is not That Korean is not among the six languages listed means that even if you read this guide in Korean, you will be looking at the actual trading screen in one of those six. If Japanese or Chinese is comfortable for you, you can choose that; otherwise it is English. Until the screen names become familiar, it is better to read each button slowly.
